It shows what you know , just about every argument or fight I have seen there is not only name calling but spoiler alert* sometime there is even violence.

The fact that you keep clips notes books and copy and paste things to throw back in peoples faces months and years later shows that you are a truly disturbed person .

Christmas spirit this year is super high. I don't know if it's the new baby or the new house. I even got lights onto the 2nd storey. Almost died (some would have been happy about that) but it looks better.

10 minutes of cardio isn’t enough to allow you to eat as many cookies as you like. 10 minutes of cardio is probably around 150 calories lol. Maybe one cookie. Given your short stature and slowing metabolism you are going to look like hefty in a few years

I make sure to get on the aerodyne bike and giver poop.

I prefer to think I have a semi reasonable average metabolism.
