He is 17 games into his pro career with pedestrian numbers and they just apparently want to shatter all confidence of one of the best goalie prospects in the league.

I just watched him Saturday night in Wilkes-Barre. He wasn't very good in the 5-2 loss. Is Philly in that bad of shape for a goalie? More so than usual (no offense)?

To me It doesnt matter what his numbers are the 1st year in the AHL.
It is about adjusting to the pro game.
If he shows constant improvement

But to get called up a team that bleeds goals screams crappy development.
