The game being pretty well over after the first is pretty standard, nothing special. After big, emotional, "we've finally turned the corner wins," Blues have lost 7-4, 5-1, 4-0, 8-4, 6-1, 6-1. and now 7-2, all in games it was clear in the firs 5 minutes only one team showed up to play, just like this one. The Flames did exactly what everyone else in the league did when given the opportunity. This month, both Vancouver and Arizona have beaten the Blues with the same goal differential as the Flamess. Destroying the Blues early then relaxing and still winning by 5 is average in this sort of game. It's not sour grapes, it's just what anyone who has been watching the Blues this season knows to be true.
