I used to be a Sommelier, so I'm pretty snobby about wine and booze, but even I get annoyed at some of these newer bourbons because I don't know if I'm paying for the label and name. Yeah, Whistling Pig sounds good, but I don't know that I'm taking an $80 chance lol.

Willett is like $60 a bottle, so I usually make it last. I see all these $70+ bourbons I've never heard of and I just don't know. They'll have some weird blip like it won Gold Metal and the Kalamazoo Bourbon Festival like it means something lol.

There was some (frank)ing chocolate bourbon that sounded really good. But it was like 70 bucks for like a fifth or whatever that 750ml is. (frank) that. Hahaha Too rich for my blood.
