I never heard that story. Holy crap - mdw7413
Dog with no collar walked in and hung out for a few days a week after we moved in, so we bought food. 4 days in this guy stops and starts yelling at me for stealing his dog. Told him what happened and didn't want to hear it, took the dog and left. A few years later he moves away and a neighbor calls good riddance. I agreed and told that story, he tells me that the feds tried to bust him for receiving kiddie porn, but his elderly mother he lived with signed for it. Never got the (frank)er. Great dog though, that's why we got one after the old dog died. |

The dog was probably looking for you to hide him. |

Rangers have been in every game for the most part all year
except the loss at home vs Calgary and on the road vs Chicago, both games they had no chance
and they deserved a point in Los Angeles
lots of shootout wins and only 4 ROW which is the worst in the league
but hey, who knew they'd be this competitive

5-0-1 last six games, I don't know if any of us expected a streak like this at any time during the season, let alone the first month of the season. |

They are fun to watch again. There are a bunch of mistakes, kind of expected, but they don't quit. Complete turnaround from last year where it looked like no one gave two poops except Hank. |

The group is definitely performing well above my expectations for them. I don’t know if’s sustainable but they work hard and they are competitive in pretty much every game. Pretty much all you can ask for.
Quinn has done a bang up job so far. I like the culture he’s trying to install and look forward to see what he can do once the talent gets better, especially on D.

Exactly. D is a bit of a tire fire except for Pionk and ADA. Good to see Quinn/Ruff giving ADA a chance this year. Makes some mistakes but I would rather have him in the line up over almost everyone except Pionk right now. |

I think Skjei has his ups and downs. Not great so far but he also has the most burden of the group.
I think last night was a gutty win. Second game of a back to back with the backup keeper in net and found away despite taking serious pressure in the third.

The problem with Skjei is we all remember what he was like 2 years ago and I guess fairly or unfairly he will be judged on that. He definitely regressed a ton last year like most of the team. This year its kind of a mixed bag. Would like to see him be a bit steadier. |

If we have designs on making a playoff run those veteran defensemen that make a lot of money have to be better.
And no, the playoffs aren’t my expectation but I root for them to win every game and you never know.
