Not all that hard when we play this poorly. Yes they had some dangerous looks, but how many times do we have shots that are from 25’ out with no one in front.

This is just a bad roster. Pure and simple. Q was not the problem.

The bottom 6 has to be one of the worst in the nhl.
And the blue line has 2 maybe 3 nhl quality players.

And that's on Bowman.

Well they've always been pretty forgiving, i think coach Q getting fired irks them because they see the terrible mistakes this team makes over and over and over again, and know Bowman is the one who built this team

On watching the reply of Fortin's 2 on 1, did anyone else notice that Slavin's(I beleive it was him) stick was right across Fortin's hands? That prevented him from getting a shot off. Isn't that a hooking penalty any time a stick hits the hands?

I feel bad for JC, being thrown into the fire with this crap roster.

I saw the same thing, I thought penalty shot. It's always Fortin hit in the hands that close to the goalie.

One of the many problems is that you have Gus, who should be playing somewhere in Europe, and not the NHL, continues to make weak, chicken sh*t back hand turnovers leading directly to scoring chances, and then gets out battled 1 on 1 for the puck on the 3rd goal.

And Gus is playing on the 2nd f*cking pairing!

Right about now Colliton is thinking "what was I thinking" taking the Hawks job. After watching the turnover-a-thon he's probably thinking he has a couple d-men in Rockford that would be better than most of the d-men on the Hawks - Dahlstrom and Hillman come to mind.

Good luck Jeremy, i know I've said this before but with all these meat heads on this team, you really have to make it simple for them, in their own end 1 guy fighting for the puck and 4 others watching and having no awareness of the opponents

Defense is a disaster - but Crawford has allowed 6-4-4-now 3 in the first.

Not his fault? Ok - but at least 17 GA in 4 games and a save percentage well under .900.
