Leafs are top 4 players in the league for points.

Leafs are top 2 players in the league for goals.

Leafs are top 2 players in the league for assists.

JT is top player in the league for +/-

To those who point out that the Leafs have played more games than all other teams, I can only say, "Shut up."

To those who ask about goalie stats, I can only say, "Shut up again."

Boston definitely was
- Aetherial

Yeah they were I was going by memory but their record was worse than Washington. They had the 3rd seed in the Atlantic which bumped out Washington who were 8th in the conference standings. So one of them was in.

Cool site to look up standings on certain dates http://dropyourgloves.com...?League=1&Date=2017-12-01

I just traded Snakevares for Stamkos and Mikko Rantanen in my hockey pool.

I'm going to feel awful when Judas scores 150 pts and is +300 this year, aren't I?

Yes, tied with the Sens, but happily they are still 4th in goal differential, which is all that really matters.

Montreal's "Garf" is dying inside already.

https://twitter.com/jackt...tatus/1050729679353733122

He calls a guy obnoxious for being a Leafs fan and right.

Also called himself a "columnist" who "truly doesn’t care who wins".

Meh that's a solid trade. Stamkos and Rantanen both capable of hitting 80+ points again this year.

I think Rantanen already has 10 points. 1 goal and 9 assist I think I seen last night.

Edit: just checked he has 1 goal and 6 assist. Whoever posted the point chart on TSN failed!

Brown is a decent player, its not like kadri is playing with pylons.
Besides shouldnt it be kadri who makes the players on his line better and not the other way around?
I thought kadri played well last night

- Fakepartofme

Kadri's not Crosby, let's be honest.

Brown is a good defensive player, but he's not exactly a finisher or a distributor/playmaker, or even a guy that can really carry the puck out. Kadri likes to shoot, which is why he does well with Marner.

Lindholm is just trying to survive out there.

Pilons, not exactly, but he's doing all the heavylifting offensively on that line.

Johnsson needs to wake up and push Lindholm down, for starters. Add Nylander to that line and we've now got 3 deadly lines.

Nylander would join Matthews, if for no other reason than to keep Matthews happy.

I think Kapanen would fit well with Kadri and if Johnsson wakes up that could still be a deadly line.

I don't know.. Babs would probably start him with Kadri to get them going.. Besides, Matthews is breaking Wayne Gretzky records right now..

Can you guys please stop scoring so many goals? Or at least give everyone else a 2 goal head start?

A "shutdown" (obviously not an elite one) of Kapanen-Kadri-Brown would be an interesting thought. Though for the purpose of spreading around the offense, it would be nice for Kadri to have a skilled winger.
