Toronto on fire to start the season offensively. There's a lot of teams that are struggling on both D & in goal, so theyre not alone there.

Just 1 thing though, out of 20 goals that've been scored over half have been scored by 2 players - 13. So it seems it's only early, but if that trend continues it's great while it lasts. 7 scorers for Toronto & 9 scorers for Carolina (scoring less but being more productive team wise). Carolina has the better production in my opinion due to more players scoring - some could say depth scoring.

But it's only early.

You could not be more wrong. I am a die-hard Leafs fan....I work with dozens of Leafs fans...I am the most optimistic fan amongst us and even I do not expect them to win the Cup this year. Contend? Sure. Win? I like Tampa's chances better than ours. Please...stop the ignorant stereotyping.

Well if you look at the last two seasons (you know, when he actually played for the Leafs) he has the 6th best save % of the goalies who played more than 100 games over that period.
