Uh... Nurse or skinner by themselves are enough. Nylander won't get full value. Leafs won't pay him 8 mill, yet want 8 mill worth coming back? Not likely. Leaves only want to pay 6.5, so they should have to discount him to move at 5mill worth of value.

This is the dumbest rumor in a long time EK. Just shows how much effort you take in making rumors up. Why would sabres want Nurse. He would be a third pairing on our team. He is not better then scandella . He is comparable to McCabe but Dahlin and him are playing well together. Also salary plays big factor. Sabres have 700,000 right now. So you will have to take someone back.

That being said I know Dman are worth a lot, Especially you dman under contract and will still be RFA. But he hasn't proved anything yet in NHL. If you look at the Dman taking after him he has be a bust. Dman taken after him are RISTO, Josh Morrissey, Shea Theodore and Ryan Pulock. He is still young and is getting better but is he actually worth. A first? prospect and first? why would Oilers take they unless they are tanking for Good american leader like Hughes? That was mean Sorry.

I think the real deal here is a three team deal. I think the Oilers, Islanders and Golden Knights will complete the deal. Coming to the Islanders will be Nurse and Edmonton's 1st round pick in 2019. My guess is if the rumor is correct that they are dumping Nurse because of locker room problem. Then a trade along the lines of Alzner, d prospect ( cale fleury), and second round pick. This only takes place if their is a locker room problem.

I am over valuing my players? You are saying that a player who max points in a season is 26. has only played one full season. is better then Risto? who is consistently putting up 40+ points a season. Also, i said that i believe scandella is a better player then Nurse right now. I also think McCabe and Nurse in a similar boat. Both played on bad teams score about the same amount, play physical defensive game. Hate to break it you but Nurse is very overrated.
