I've given him the benefit of the doubt but i just can't anymore it's as if he only knows one way of playing the pk and the pp. It struggles so mightily

I know I have not seen a more impressive and aggressive 4 min PK than what the leafs showed...they attacked the puck all pk...that is a dangerous strategy but they got it done vs hawk pp that is well...per usual a non threat...0-10

Jokiharju should be on the point for the first PP unit.

Long-term Kunitz should be the 13th forward. Agree that Hayden should get a look on the third line.

Hopefully some of the young guys in Rockford step up soon and earn a chance.

And since they’re only 6 for 10 successful kills on the PK - their special teams rating is 6 for 20 = 30%.

Hahaha, what the hell!? Did they forget that quickly?

Toews looks good, Kahun better than I thought. That entire line has been the lone bright spot through the first 8 periods of the season.

Other than that we’re a pretty poopty team and the Leafs are somewhat exposing that in this game outside the fluke first 10-15 mins when the Hawks were all amped up from the pregame festivities/home opener atmosphere.

2 and 7 look bad, PP Looks worse. Saad sucks. Kunitz sucks. The defense sucks. The center position is a weak spot and that’s never a good thing if you wanna win games. Can’t win face offs. Anisimov is slower than ever before.
