I always look forward to these post-game reviews. Cordell bringing the goods!

Bratt looked very good last night if he can take a step forward this season and Mojo can stay healthy maybe we won’t have to worry as much about secondary scoring. Todd any idea on why they didn’t play Ty Smith last night?

If Zacha and Bratt take steps forward and Bratt can be consistent for the whole duration of the season, we'll be fine. Mojo healthy with a 50-55 point season, and Wood scores 25, we're back in the playoffs.

If Smith gets 9 games and gets sent back to junior(?), and then Mueller plays and does indeed suck.. can we bring Smith back?
Good to see the group has a bounce-back game. I was playing NHL 13 last night.. man I miss Elias. He was a guy you could put anywhere on the lineup (in real life) and know you have a solid intelligent 2-way playmaker that could make his linemates better.
Also.. in NHL 13.. that defense we had really wasn't that bad ON PAPER. Top pair of 29 y/o Greene with Larsson, second pair of Tallinder-Zidlicky (Tallinder was SUPPOSED to be good), 3rd shutdown pair of Volchenkov-Salvador holding it down for me. Remember how juiced we were to get the closest guy we had since Stevens in Volchenkov?? Slow 3rd pair, but they block shots.. get those d-zone starts lol.

That guy could really bring it. Maybe we should give him a buzz and see if he can get Mueller to play better. I suspect half the problem is Nesreddine because the D looks like a damn skating party half the time....

....So look Miles Wood is back in the lineup and we win. Coincidence???

He's normally a C, but says he can shift to RW so that's a big plus.

I thought Mueller and Lovejoy played poorly. I guess the numbers don’t support my opinion but, they seemed to turn over the puck consistently all night long.

DEA probably going to AHL if he passes waivers again...
we must watch claiming waivers as someone will claim ours.also.We did lose Buchier that way. twice .Once to nashville and once to Vancouver.



Smth once sent to JRs cannot come back till his Jr season is over. so if he goes back after 9 gms he is done for the year. except last 2-3 games.

SENEY, JQ , Rooney , where was Smith ? Mueller ( got it ) . If JQ makes team can he play RW?? I like him with Wood -Zajac -JQ ....

Noesen , Coleman , Boyle, Seney, Rooney , Stafford , Dea .If we go with 14 -5 of 7 stay . So Dea and Rooney or Seney go down .

Last year Defense was relatively healthy all year and we went with 8.. MAybe we start with 7 and 14 forwards?

Mueller ,Vats , Greene , Severson , Butcher , Lovejoy , Smith .

Making Santini , Gryba in AHL till Smiths 9 games are up. then return Gryba .

Not surprised Smith is down. A little upset that Seney was cut before Stafford but I suppose that makes sense

The Devils have sent Ty Smith back to the Spokane Chiefs. He’ll play 2018-19 in the WHL. The Devils also optioned Brett Seney and Kevin Rooney to the AHL.

I thought Smith would get another look but here we are. Guess we're getting some Gryba this year.

Hynes said Gryba brings a physical element no one on the team has. I guess he is poor mans Volchenkov? Sure would be nice to have an aggressive, hitting Dman again, feels like its been forever.
