Stone at $9.5 per (ridiculous by the way) obviously wasn’t going to happen. Glad Simmonds landed elsewhere. Would have preferred Toffoli, but hopefully Johansson surprises and maybe they can look at keeping him beyond this season if he fits in well. If not, steep price for a B - C tier rental piece IMO.

The Atlantic now have 3 of the top 6 teams in the entire league and Bruins/Leafs are not gonna catch TB. If standings stay the same and Bruins get past Toronto and play TB, then the 4th place team in the league as of now will not have home ice advantage in the second round.

Yeah definitely expecting to see a bunch of mixing and matching for the next few weeks. That is a solid third line though, I want to see Cehlarik force Backes to the press box permanently.
