Thanks Carol! Wow...bo is 6’0 225 and he looks small beside Brock. Wtf...I hope Brock hasn’t sacrificed mobility with the weight gain. |

Brock looks like a thick necked rugby player.
Hope he doesn't have a year like Sopel did after he went all weight gain 4000.
Bo doesn't look that heavy. |

I just read on TSN that OTT believes they can make a hockey trade with Ryan! They aren’t willing to offer a sweetener for whoever takes on that contract. That’s the reason EK wasn’t traded to LV at the TDL. Dorion is a beauty - CanuckDon
Ryan for Eriksson? Would you? |

per rotoworld...
Jake Dotchin has been placed on unconditional waivers by Tampa Bay.
The Lightning intend to terminate Dotchin's contract, citing a "material breach" for the reason. The team didn't elaborate on the situation beyond that. Dotchin skated in 48 games with Tampa Bay last season and he posted 11 points.

@Prez - I would not trade Loui for BR. Ryan’s contract is even worse |

Peter Chiarelli on Karlsson:
“I won’t lie. When he came to our division, there was an expletive coming out of my mouth. He’d be nice to have here, but we weren’t on his list. It was a non-starter.”
If he wouldn't go to Edmonton, he definitely wasn't coming here!

.75 more per, better shooter and passer, not as good defensively. Not swedish. Better O face.
I think I'd do it, especially if they retained some due to erikson not making as much cash. |

True but many players rather have Vancouver’s lifestyle than Edmonton’s.
That said i think he wants a cup & the only shot we have at him is IF we do an amazing turnaround. The kids will decide that. |

LE has a heavy bonus contract. Melnyk wouldn’t like that if a lockout/strike. Rather have LE & his defence & see if he can rebound. |

Ryan was even more useless than Loui last year and I think he will continue to decline at a steeper rate due to his body composition. Loui will probably always be a huge disappointment but I suspect he can continue to be a defensively responsible player and a solid PK guy. Ryan needs prime offensive minutes to generate anything. Guy has a better chance of being in the AHL than the NHL in two years imo |

Not even for more points and the fact that Ryan is less injury prone than LE?

I outlined my thoughts above. I just think the guy is a turtle that will continue to regress. I don’t want Ryan blocking Dahlen next season and the seasons after. Loui can at least play down the lineup effectively |

My issues are not with LE but is about he was miscast when signed here. Sure he hasn’t earned his contract but the timing was also a problem. I’ve said many times a line make-up is duos & the compliment/3rd wheel. The chemistry they all have is what a coach seeks. It further explains why i keep Sven/Bo/BB together. Building the 2nd scoring line is what will be fun to watch. The new PP oughta be interesting as well. |

Ignoring a contract i see LE fine with Sutter or EP. Whatever makes him gel is fine & i see more PP time in his future. |

I think Bo carries his weight in his butt and legs.
I remember meeting Matt Cooke years ago. I dwarfed him by at least 6 inches in height, but he was huge from the hips down. |

Power/Speed is generated from the lower body. The core being the beginning. Muscle bound upper body players rarely are fast or quick or agile. Sure its about quick/slow muscle twitch composition in the end but in hockey centre of gravity has a lot to do with skating ability. |

Anyone here who has played a high level of hockey or likes to golf finds their core lets them down as they get older. Back pain etc |
