I believe it was a nice backiotomy in a honey glaze on a bed of long grain rice with a side of tonsillectomy paired with a refreshing wine spritzer.

I'm not really sure that I like hearing that he is in the best shape of his life. Does this mean he is going to demand that he plays more minutes? If anything, I really believe his minutes should be cut back slightly. If he HAS to play with Spurgeon, then Dumba and Brodin should lead in TOI for defensemen.

On a side note, I am glad he is skating now, as he is a big part of the defense.

And Dan, thank you for putting something up. I've really been jones'ing for some Wild news.

I agree with you gus. Suter shouldn't be playing all the minutes he does, but where i think they need to cut back his ice time most is PP. Hes almost 0 threat to score, everyone knows hes looking to pass or let a little butterfly wrister go. No one is scared to block those. That being said, he's incredibly valuable to this team in all other areas. I'll say this though, the Wild really don't have much for a left hand presenece on the point of the PP, so maybe Suter really was the best option... Or they could roll Dumba and Spurgeon together out there.

I've always questioned the idea that you have a lefty and righty on defense for the PP. You have an extra skater compared to the other team. That extra player you have should be an offensively skilled player. Playing with just 1 Dman on the PP is fine. The PP just needs to be better, so they don't have to worry about playing defense at that time. Best defense on the PP is keeping the puck in the offensive zone.

Suter is a liar. Interesting to hear Poile allude to that when he addressed the Ryan Ellis signing. Hard to win anything with a poor character leading your locker room.

So I heard on KFAN this morning that not a single Wild player playing in Da Beauty League made it past through the 1st Rd of the playoffs. This had GOT to be some kind of curse, if it even carries over to Da Beauty League.

This team needs a powerful shaman, and like right quick!
