If the Bolts get Karlsson and then next year Kucherov wants a fortune then that will be interesting but I sure as poop think Yzerman would move Kucherov if he couldn't get him at the right cap hit. I think we agree here. I say go for it which is what TB is doing, but the way their roster looks youth wise, they are not worried about losing or moving Kucherov in the long run. Getting Karlsson either way keeps them in the hunt for several years.
