If I had to make an educated guess who the Blackhawks sign tomorrow, it'd be Ian Cole. Not the sexiest signing, but fits a need, fits a Q type, fits the budget, and I know they've had significant talks with his camp. Beyond that, trades are the likeliest avenue for improvement.

What the hell is a Q type? He had Kempny but refused to use him. So they will bring a similar in Ian Cole and overpay him.

But if it means getting rid of Gustaffson or Oesterle it won't be all bad.

No faith in bowman whatsoever.... granted I agree with not handing out bs contracts... I don’t have any confidence in him retooling in this team... Ian cole won’t make a difference..

A Q type is a poopty D-man like he was when he played.
