I have mixed feelings about it. I dont think U Mass is going ot be very good, so I dont know how another year there helps him but I will let it play out before making judgement.

Personally I thought him heading to the AHL would have been ideal for him, but baby steps with Makar. NO need to rush anything with EJ, Barrie, Zads, Giarard in the NHL, Timmins Meloche and Anderson in the AHL

Only so much icetime to go around
