i would take him in 2nd or 3rd round, maturity can help with that kind of stuff. His skills cant be denied though, if he matures and figures it out(sometimes a first rounder dropping to 2nd/3rd round is a wake-up call) he will be a really good player someday. Perfect example of high risk high reward.

It's based on ceiling potential, which is why Dobson is rated in the teens. He's more likely to be a top 4 then the other 3, but he's much less likely to be a top 2.
