No move is no move. Even if it also contains a modified No trade. The no move part is all that matters. - Iggysbff
Then what is the whole point of the modified NTC?

Swap Shaw for Lucic ? - LittleRickyV2
Nope. I would rather have Shaw. |

(frank) it, I say we keep Lucic, let him play through what I think is a slump. If he still sucks then explore buy options. No way do I pay him a dime to play elsewhere or give up a pick of value or take back a bad contract next season.
Oh yeah, Chia sucks cock. |

I'd still be onboard with a Lucic for Eriksson 1-for-1. Gives us the extra protection slot for expansion, a shorter contract and a better two-way player while sacrificing only 10-15 points and the intermittent physical presence that Lucic brings. |

What clip has LE been scoring at in Vancouver? RW or LW?
Edit: his production isnt muchbworse than Lucics , looks like health has been a bugger for him. |

Imagine what Taylor Hall would have done on McDavid's wing. The man would have scored 60 easy. I guess the 20 minutes that Hall played with McDavid was enough for the Oilers to asses their chemistry. |

They actually don’t fit together as they’re both primary puck carriers. Drai actually had better numbers with Hall. It’s true keeping Hall would have made the oil an offensive jugernaut but the Hall With McDavid narrative is lazy. |

Not an impressive one, that's for sure That being said, he's been shooting the puck at a comparable rate, logging a similar amount of minutes and produced goals at a similar rate while playing with MUCH less talented players. Further to that, his game doesn't live or die by his offense; he's his lines generally see and improvement in shot suppression when he's on the ice.
I'd even argue that his injury history is a benefit considering he could be LTIR'd around the deadline and free up useful cap space for Cup runs. |

Hey I call it how I see it. There is nothing worse than the (frank) faced fans of teams that were dog poop for years and keep quiet until they have a taste of success and suddenly they come out trolling like they are experts on how to build a winning franchise. |

A recent NHL article and a few other follow-ups explored Adam Larsson's activity in the Worlds this year, especially corresponding to his offensive ability. I thought I'd might as well bring it up in here. Plus, some activity on these forums would be nice.

Take note of the Swedish head Coach comments. Kind of an interesting take from him.
Thoughts? - EdmHockeyMan
Someone said this on twitter.
I mean, it sounds like buddy coach believes Larson has it in him from back in the day, but wasn’t entirely specific about what exactly he did so great offensively. he encouraged him and was a big fan was what I got.
I maintain that Larsson isn’t a good enough skater or a first passer to ever be highly productive 5v5. And the same goes for his mediocre shot for the pp.
But I’d love to be wrong. |
