You’re the only one here constantly chugging his chode every day.
Can’t believe there are still people that just automatically praise every move.
Beginning to think you are related to him or something.

No I've come to realize he isn't going anywhere so I don't see the need to sit back and bash the guy on a daily basis.,

Why take away from what is legit conversation.

I understand that with McD, you need someone who has played big minutes and can protect the kid. So they get Lucic, ok...... But then Maroon, Kassian made no sense. And trade more speed away, Eb's and Hall for two more incredibly slow hockey players. Hopefully Yamamoto is up for big minutes this season because you boys need some speed on the wing desperately.

I don't know if he'll hit 50 again, but 40+ isn't far fetched.

Be curious what happen to him because it's not like he sucked all year. He was quite good before x-mas.

With that being said even he were to stay and bounce back I want to move on from him. Big fan, but if we can get away from his NMC I'd be quite happy. Don't want to protect him for the expansion draft.

- Lahey

This. He was actually on track for a season in the upper 50 points range (58) prior to Christmas. After that, it's as if he just lost his edge. Crazy weird honestly. But then again, that entire year was weird in terms of anomalies.

As for his NMC, wouldn't it be a modified NMC by the time of expansion?

At least PC has the balls to move on from a mistake. Would you rather us just keep Lucic to prove a point?

Fans probably aren't going to like a Milan Lucic trade as much as they think.

Even with the 10 pick, Lucic is hard to take on with that deal. Unless I guess if the Oilers retain some of his $$$ or take another poop contract like Alzner or whatever.

He lacked confidence and swagger last year and he wasn't the only one. If the Oilers turn it around in the standing I assume Lucic will as well.

With or without Lucic it will probably be another year out of the playoffs for the Oil. They have to many holes that even the best player in the game can't cover. They need to try and actually build something instead of coming into every offseason looking for the get good fast deal.

He has a modified NTC after the 2020-2021 season.
However, it's tagged as a modified-NTC & NMC for the last 2 years?
This is from Capfriendly though.
Where did you get your source from?

No move is no move. Even if it also contains a modified No trade. The no move part is all that matters.

A recent NHL article and a few other follow-ups explored Adam Larsson's activity in the Worlds this year, especially corresponding to his offensive ability. I thought I'd might as well bring it up in here. Plus, some activity on these forums would be nice.

Take note of the Swedish head Coach comments. Kind of an interesting take from him.

Thoughts?
