Would like to offer a little help...on the left side of your keyboard there is a key labeled "Caps Lock" it can be your friend... There is whole thing called google and there you can find out there is no such thing as trashville or hillrods....
Are you able to make it on your own or do you live with parents still? Is the other guy that chimed in.... your brother? or just a special friend?
