Ovi has been absolutely crushing beers every where he can.
- Hank3Henshaw

Ovi could probably down a 24 pack of that piss water Budweiser calls "Bud Lite" and barely catch a buzz. The dude is a linebacker on skates at 6'3" 235+lbs. Happy for Ovi. He was a 200ft force all playoffs and deserves this moment. Solidifies his place as one of the greatest power forwards of all-time and a 1st ballot Hall of Famer. When 8 hits you, you feel it.

Bc he played with the 2019 #1 overall pick Hughes as his center. I still would love him to fall to 8 and bury feeds from Patrick Kane.

He committed to BC but hasn't skated there yet.

He is a big dude.

Oshie throwing his hat off, pulling his jersey over his head and slamming his beer through the jersey and then dumping the reaming beer on his head was hilarious.

I believe he played with Jack Hughes all year for the USNDP and they dominated as a line.

LOL

If I had to choose bud light vs miller lite I am going BL. hate the taste of ML but I do like a MGD

I enjoy 8. Reminds me of a Russian Roenick. Can score, hit, play an overall solid game. Flair for the dramatics.

Jack Hughes is touted to be the next Patrick Kane. We thankfully have the genuine article. While I don't doubt Hughes being the runaway #1 pick for 2019 and will be a great talent in the NHL, he has a long way to go to prove he can even be mentioned in the same breath as 88. IIRC, Marner has been dubbed the next Patrick Kane, and while a really good NHL player so far, he is nowhere near Kane's level of dominance.

Nonetheless, whoever are linemates for Hughes now and in the future are very lucky. In a similar vein, I think Wahlstrom is still a worthy top 10 draft pick whether or not he is playing with Hughes.

Most definitely. Sadly ask Brian Campbell.

Give 19 some REAL wingers

NOT Saad or Paniks of the NHL

Let him play with Schmaltz & Cat for a full year

Saad is awful & Panik was worse

Signed Panarin & let 88 play with him for 2 years

So get 19 a top NHL winger & let him play on his wing for a full season

19 has played with mostly JUNK for 3 years now

Still kills PK & wins draws at key times HUGE

Seabrook contract is the WORST in NHL right now so dump that before anything else

And trade up to grab Quinn REAL DEAL Hughes & sign Marzek for backup ASAP

While looking for something else I came across an unrelated stat which was interesting. Last season the league league in turnover differential was - Nick Schmaltz. He was third overall with 86 takeaways and +55 in net turnovers.

Mrazek is complete and utter garbage who would struggle to stop a beach ball last year. Saad is a $6milliom dollar top line LW that was key in winning the Cups in 2013+15. I still have no clue wtf happened to him last season but hard to imagine he could play worse. The reason that Entry Level and league minimum players are in the lineup is due to to Cap Hits of 88 & 19. Schmaltz and 19 together again would be interesting as they had great success in 16/17 RS.

I haven’t drank light beer in ages. Colorado is a Craft Beer lovers paradise with hundreds of breweries to choose from. IPAs and Stouts are my choice. Back to Ovi....the effort, enthusiasm, and production all Spring was infectious for his team. The velocity + accuracy of his 1 timer...just unstoppable.

Hamms rules.

Have you ever tried Hamms Special Light? Super crisp. Good stuff for floating on the river for our annual canoe trip.
