Kovy is a pipe dream. He won't show his face in Jersey again. I could see Joe Thorton being a huge addition as a 2nd or 3rd line with Maroon. Two big boys that dominate the cycle game. But above all, D....... Green, Enstrom, Carlson, Sbisa.....etc. Just bring in some boys to help on the back end and our forwards will be fine. Not a fan of the notion of trading for mature D men given the asking price of Karlson and OEL. So lets target FA's and RFA's please

All signs point to Thorton re-signing in SJ. Bob McKenzie was on local radio last week and seemed quite sure they will have something worked out.

It's always hard to read the goaltender market but put it this way; if we aren't getting a first what's the point of moving him? Kinkaid isn't a legit #1 and nobody on farm seems close.

OEL has an 8x8.5 deal on the table in Arizona. If he passes that up what do you think it’ll take to sign him?
