You Canuck fan you. I'm highest on Hughes and Dobson as my #2/3 d-men. They're very different from each other obviously. One is more a traditional top pair 2-way guy; the other an x-factor Ghost type. High on both. Bouchard I think is overhyped. Boqvist I'm not as high on either. I'd have them in that order. I do have detailed poop I've written, but I don't want to inundate. Maybe I'll PM. These aren't Flyers targets anyway.

I feel better about myself knowing that I have them in the same order. Loved Hughes since I first saw him play, Dobson I like more and more as I watch him and read about him from people who watch him play full games. I was expecting to love Bouchard with his stat line, seemed like a great moneyball pick on the surface and then I saw him actually play Haven't seen enough of Boqvist, but multiple concussions and questionable hockey sense scares me.

Why would we pay $7.5-8 mil for 7 years for a PP1 (on Washington's PP yet) d-man having a career year he likely doesn't replicate? Is that a need or fit or good value? He's nothing special in his career 5v5 and needs PP1 time to even get close to that value. Ghost seems to be doing reasonably okay there.
