Personally I would much rather have O'Reilly out of Buffalo who will likely give you more for your money. Why not see if a pacioretty for ROR is possible. Buffalo is deep at center and not wing, Habs are deep at wing and not center. See if you can make it happen somehow.

I like the idea. Not sure O'Reilly is a legit first line center though, he seems more akin to Plekanec in his prime.

O'Reilly over Toews no doubt but I still view it as a D plan at best...only out of desperation would Bergevin do that but it still wouldn't be enough! It would just prevent them from drafting really high
