Cider is great until you finish one and it feels like hydrochloric acid is climbing up your esophagus

He played great for you guys after the trade, but there isn't a chance in hell he is going to keep producing at the .80ppg pace he was cruising along at. I'm curious to see what kind of deal he gets as an arb-eligible RFA. But on the right deal I could see him being a useful middle-6 guy.

I like some of them, I just can't drink that much of it. Sometimes it's nice to switch things up at the beach, though.

Yeah I don't expect him to be as good as when he got traded, just like I dont expect Stinky to be as bad, if they decide to keep him. I like Spooners game. Quick, good vision, and pretty much plays all over the ice.

Do you think there could be a deal for NYR and OTT?

To NYR:
#4 overall

To OTT:
#9 and #26

Yeah and he's versatile, you can move him all over the lineup as needed and even plug him in at center if you have to. He's already making a little over $2.8M. His 10% raise will put him, at a minimum, just over $3M and if you can sign him for around 3-5 years at around $3.5M-ish I think that's a great value for the Rangers. I think anything much over $4M starts to creep into "less-than-ideal" territory.

Yup. I would be willing to go 3.75 for 4 years. Think the big question this off season is what Hayes's deal is.
