I agree with your conclusions. Wood, Coleman, Noesen, and Santini are locks because of their economics and performance. Maroon is nearly a lock because of his skill set, but the money might be a challenge depending on how Shero spend on other UFA's. If Kinkaid is kept, Lack isn't.

I find KK hard to evaluate. He did an admiral job at times but seems to have a horrible glove hand. His playoff struggles make me have trouble trusting him.

Since he's under contract I expect him to be our backup but I don't think he'll ever be starter material. Devils need to find a goaltender for the future. Lack isn't that guy either so I'd keep looking.

Re-sign Maroon. All the RFA'S will get new contracts cause they'll be cheap and remain under team control for the foreseeable future.

I hope Maroon is resigned, I know he was not the fastest skater in town but on the power play he was the perfect guy to get in front of the goalie and work hard for those screens that Taylor Hall benefited from. No to Moore, Stafford, Hayes, Luck and absolutely NOW WAY in hell to Grabner. You have to think his terrible stretch with Devils will hurt his free agency big time! If he gets more then 2 years somewhere, I will be stunned!
