Jets are scary good and Rinne is doing his best sieve impression...LOVE IT! Paul Stasny has impressed me with his 200ft play. He was a key part of both Jets' goals.

Don't think that is off the board at all. McKenzie had him at #10 in his latest and in Button's mock draft Blackhawks drafts him.

Kotkaniemi played tuli season in FEL and scored 29 points against men. One of the youngest players in this years draft. Has really powerful shot, great hockey IQ and good passer too. Could improve his skating but that is not really a concern. Wouldn't mind :it Hawke grap him.

- MjulQvist

With respect skating is a really important concern. There are others in the Draft who will be available at 8 that have very high level skating.

Don Cherry said Rinne struggling like in Cup Final. Couldn’t struggle against Hawks though in Round 1. Rinne’s play made Preds seem better than were. With Rinne struggling Preds seem very vulnerable.

I know I'll catch some heat for this but oh well I would trade kieth to a contender thats needs a experience cup winning d man ala Toronto only if they get a young dman with top 4 potential and center or 1st round pick say lindgiren excuse my spelling and bracco for example and listen to offers for toews kane AA seabrook my point is where are the hawks going in the next 3 to 5 years looking at Nashville Winnipeg vegas colorado and so so on the hawks are way behind those teams and competing for a cup.

Their back up is capable of playing well. Sustaining a high level of play, however, with the pressure and mental aspect of preparedness which is even more demanding in playoffs ....it can be too much to handle throughout entire games if Saros relieved Rhinne. Succum to playoff pressure coming in cold.....the recipe is not right, performance bound to be pronounced.
Ironicly the Jets young netminder is on a roll but only last year he had some issues. Rhinne, though, is reknown for strong play in net but also has weak moments or games after a good stretch of high performance..

Hawks are stuck in the basement of the Central until 2020 IMO. Either Toews gets back to being an Elite center, or the Hawks need to get a new top line center. Oh, they also need 3 Top 4 Dman, and possibly a new starting goalie with Crawford's age/injury issue.
- EnzoD

Or we get lucky and draft a center who becomes a stud which would give us some nice options

It'd be nice if Schmaltz took a huge step forward at centerin the next couple of years

Subban, or Slewfoot if you prefer, has gotten away with crap for years. Maybe if anybody dared to penalize him or suspend him in the past, it might not have come to this.

i have been singing this tune for the last few years...touch a guy with your stick around the hands or waste its a slash or hook..

chop a guy on the hands or break your stick cross checking a guy in the back...the refs are blind to it...

given the nhl is a still vigilante justice sport...i hope to hell subban is out; he deserved it 100%...so (frank) him...that was delicious watching him double over and hobble off the ice...

If this was an nfl game, buff would have gotten 2 15-yard penalties for grabbing the face mask. What a great play!

He's back on the ice. Whether or not he is actually hurt, anybody's guess.

man-o-man...if the preds win this series they will have earned it;

jets are relentless and pummeling them...

if jets win in OT...preds are not winning this series...

Not going to catch grief from me Scott. I agree completely because this hawk team has no chance to compete for a Cup until the core vets that have already won 3 Cups are gone. Winnepeg and Nashville both show that hunger to give 100 % on every shift. Unlike players that have already accomplished winning it all.

Those who believe that Bowman, Quenneville, Toews, Kane, Keith, and Seabrook will ever be in a Stanley Cup Final again are dillusional.
