New England to move from 31 to 10 is a lot different from Buffalo to move from 12 to 10

Buffalo holds the most value because of where their pick is.

Buffalo and Miami are the two teams that have the most value in that spot to get to pick 10.

I doubt Miami would give up more than a 3rd to move 1 spot.
