I'm still at bit dismayed at Rust. He must have had 2 or 3 scoring chances he completely flubbed or got robbed.

But all in all, a nice recovery from an ugly first. We know what the pens are capable of and as long as goaltending isn't swiss cheese bad, this team can change the complexion of the game in a matter of minutes.

Kinda starting to feel a bit bad for the Caps. Giving me shades of the Pens series with the Rags in 14-15. Every game was a 1 goal game and we came out on the losing end of both OT games and both home games. (in a way, even more frustrating than losing in 7 the year before to them)

But...lets hope this caps-jacks series goes 7

Very entertaining but what the F... is up with the officiating, just awful...

Great bounce back game from Murray but otherwise that first period was dreadful. The boys look nervous till Sid scored. Defensively we played better. Malkin is crazy. Dumo is killing it. Maata looks pretty sharp.

Elliot looked like the real Elliot. Who else do the Flyers have in net cause that guy just ain't getting it done.

Last time the Pens and Flyers played a playoff series, the Flyers won. Many considered it an upset. Peter Laviolette was the Flyers coach. He made a statement to the effect of Crosby passing the baton to Giroux as the best player in the game.
