Guys like Marchand, Bergeron around a ppg shouldn't be drafted that low. Krecji a euro league not known for scoring much back then, was higher then a ppg. These things should be looked at across every league.

Boston is just built for the playoffs, they find such great kids like Pastrnak, Debrusk, McAvoy, Krug, Marchand, Donato etc. all over the draft.

HNIC won't say it but I think so. HNIC was reassuring Leafs fans moments ago about Leafs offense zone time. All I saw was perimeter play all the way and not just that.... a battle for every inch of that useless ice. Then you see Boston come down the ice and the leafs D back up back up collapse and the Bruins are gifted a scoring chance with no contact. Both game the D has been complete puck chasers.

Appears Matthews didnt dress for this game either. Must be hurt badly to be out 2 straight.

2011 is long gone in my memory, I love watching these Bruins play. Fast, move the puck quickly, make you pay along the wall, go hard to the net, and a big chip on their shoulder. I went heavy with Bruins and Jets in my pool and it’s paying off so far. I also don’t blame them for Nash over Vanek, he’s (Nash) a better fit for them.

Marleau uprooted his wife and 4 boys to come to Toronto because they had a chance at winning the cup. You don't go 1400 odd games without ever winning a cup by making smart decisions.

Game 2, 2nd period... more than half the game left and so far in this series, Leafs have been gutted in a game, lost their 2nd line C to a 3 game suspension after he lost the game for them. Freddy Scrambleson has been pulled after 9 goals in 4 periods... Kormer had to be peeled off the ice after he was promoted to the top line. By game four I expect chalk outlines on the ice.
