Ça me fait aussi penser à mon oncle, y donnait des casquettes au Tim Hortons un moment donné, pi il a demandé à la fille au comptoir s'il leur restait des "casket", elle l'a regardé croche en osti

I'll always remember my Dad at the Bruins game where Kyle McLaren destroyed Richard Zednik with a clothesline elbow.

Instead of yelling "You suck McLaren!" He kepts yelling "SUCK MCLAREN!"

I still say they could have gotten more than an aging weber for Subban, not a good trade IMO

That's not a nice way to talk about our future GM.

Here's what I think considering a future Patrick Roy tenure as GM.

1) It would be entertaining as (frank).

2) It simply couldn't be any worse than it is right now.

3) I'm sure "communication to the fans" wouldn't be a problem anymore.

Oh, it's quite the circus today for sure, I just have the impression that Roy would bring it to another level. But perhaps he would take on even more media attention, and therefore take some away from the players, which wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing.

Let's say those GM meetings in Boca Raton would probably be a bit different

Loved him as a player, just not sure about his "megalomaniac" reputation. Maybe it's all just media-driven?

If we become the Sabres or Oilers where there is annual contention for the lottery pick I could see them bringing in Roy just to shake it up; however, I'd imagine it would be short-lived.

Expect more safety picks for GM/coach. French speaking, experience... good or bad is irrelevant. Bonus if they have had 1 good run ever at any level above mini-mites.
