Colorado on pace for 51 shots on goal....good as tonight is, it's not near what the Hawks used to be.

Scotty Bowman was on the Oilers intermission talking about the Hawks fall from 1st to worst in the Central and the first thing he said was Hossa. Hossa was an absolutely Legendary two-way winger. The perfect winger you could ever want. HOSSA then KANE you had to deal with and Duncan Keith was the most complete 200ft Defenseman in the NHL. Great times.

Yep. And I'd love to rekindle all the threads from when he went on LTIR....my main concern was he was NOT PLAYING...screw the cap space.

I would like accept this Hossa thesis as a major reason for this total team demise this year...but no...so many other factors in play...

WoW...too much talent there. White -29 line is too much for the Hawks.

Not sure where Kane went. He was on that side initially, then he wasn't.

man this team and scoring first...is bad news...amazing how fast they cough up leads this year when they do get them

2 passes beat 2 guys 2x = 2-1..

There is no fricking way Oesterle should be on the PK. His only blocked shots are when he is slow getting out of the way. He never clears the crease. He never wins corner battles. He is out of position. He floats in the D zone. Sheesh.

Maybe he can play left wing?

He should be limited to 6th man when the goalie is pulled
