Not sure why, but Beau has not looked as good this season as last. As Dan suggested in a comment on the previous blog, if he can use this time to play top 6 minutes in Bridgeport and regain his confidence, then this is not a bad thing.

Speaking of being sent down, how has Ho-Sang been playing recently? Any sign he's getting his act together?

Beau hasn't exactly been put in a position to excel. He has been playing with a lot of different linemates, some of them not so good. I'd rather he still be with the team because I'd rather see him play than Prince or Quine, but I'm not upset about it either.

I'd like to see Beau and Ho-Sang develop some chemistry down in Bridgeport. Then bring both of them up to replace Quine and Prince on the 3rd line. I think they both have more potential than Quine or Prince.

You sure you want Snow and Chiarelli to make another deal?

Just so long as it doesn’t become official until it receives Schwein’s seal of approval.

I tried to come up with a witty retort revolving around the poopty quality of American beer, but I’m too hung over to be a wiener.

Indeed I am a fickle mistress.

But seriously, would Maroon for Beauvillier and pick be fair IYO?

No, if I'm trading Beau, it would be as part of a package for a solid d-man. Isles desperately need blue line help.

Thank You! Sorry I do not really watch other teams. I have enough trouble watching the Isles. I would say no to trade just because the age of Maroon. Beau is still young enough to really develop.

Why do I think you would have trouble even trading a poor mans Lee?

Well we ain’t got any of those. Unless you want Russell. I’d much rather he become a Ranger however. Would help me rationalize my hatred of him.

Fair point. Besides you guys pretty much have to do it. Because of the Snow I’ve gotta watch Strome a minimum of 82 times a (frank)ing year. That really isn’t fair.

You give them Russell, and we'll chip in Seidenberg. Then they'll just need Brian Strait to have a solid defense.

If Maroon can teach the Isles how to play defense I'm interested. Otherwise I will have to pass. I really thought Strome would turn into a 30 goal scorer with McDavid.

Strome just can’t keep up with McJesus. He’s developing some nice chemistry with Draisaitl though. If he keeps his stick on the ice and his head out of his ass, he might even produce 40+ points.

They’ll need Hickey too. They’re a bit short on D/Winger hybrids.
