I seriously think he puts the Sabres player of the moment that he wants to trade into the GM mode of NHL18 and hits the triangle button. This blog is beyond pathetic, I only read and respond in this fashion the more ridiculous each new blog gets.

Each new blog post is the equivalent of a 14 y/o fantasy hockey team GM concocting trades with other pimple-faced GM's to trade players for the sake of trading players.

Why trade Reinhart? Because there are teams that want to play him as a first or second line center, his natural position.

There is no world where the teams mentioned look at Reinhart as a #1 or 2 center. He's worth a draft pick and possibly a 6/7 type D-man to play 3rd line RW

Garth makes Chiarelli look like a good GM.

Why on earth would a contending team trade one of their top pairing D men for a "centre" who isn't even trusted enough to play centre on the 30th place team? Garth's trade proposals sound like Joe from the 'Bridge suggesting the Leafs package, Soshikov, Leivo and a pick for OEL. Pure fantasy.

The only thing that is keeping Samson out of Rochester is his draft position. Samson, in a year or two will eventually be joining big bros Griffin and Max in the AHL.

Geez, mindless prognostications from Garf, the more Garf posits goofy trades and his pseudo coaching, the less credibility in the eyes of Botterill, Housley and blog readers.

Guaranteed no GM or coach would let Garf near an ECHL team much less the NHL.

Florida GM would be wise to make this deal while he can. Of course, he'd have to sweeten the pot and add in a premium 2nd round draft pick.

Hell, McDavid should have texted Eichel, a Boston native, to see if Jack's old man could go down to the basement to scrounged up some wheels for the McDavid bros to use for the night
