Heres a gem from the main thread, probably a b d. Alt account

Today @ 1:12 PM ET
You can look at a teams performance (the product) as a combination of the players individual ability (the potential) and how well those players work together as a group (processes)

The teams product = The teams potential +/- processes

So what is a proces? It can be the team culture. It can be defensive systems. It can be line combinations – putting players with great chemistry together. It can be anything that has a positive or negative effect on the players ability to work together.
In other words an underperforming team has negative sum of processes, while an overperforming team has a positive sum.
Last years team clearly had greater potential (with JT and DeHaan), but at the same time they clearly underperformed. In part because of the team culture, in part because of Weight’s tactical knowledge (or lack thereof) and in part because of JT’s pending UFA status steering focus away from hockey.

Overall I think the Islanders will be better. They will probably end up around 90-95 points if they keep both Eberle and Lee.

The alt account is the guy that goes on there and exclaims, “great job BD as usual, very informative blog. You’re great!” when BD copy and pastes the preseason schedule. BD is clown. His blogs are crap and he’s an arrogant douche with zero substance to back up that arrogance with. Anyone that likes that tool box by all means please do us a favor and stay there we’re better with your absence.

Is Lehner the starter? Or is there an open competition? I don't remember seeing anything official.

I don’t think anything is written in stone. Job is up for grabs between him and Greiss.

Sounds like his verbal diarrhea. And another new account, opened 7/9/18. A shout out to Snow would have confirmed it.

I did see that 7. I'm sure we will see more. Hopefully more and more teams understand they need to move guys instead of losing them for nothing and teams that have not won in a long time need to change up the mix. Garth holding onto every prospect and not making moves does not work. I know the Isles are not in a position to make a big trade at this point. Will be very interesting to see what happens with Lee and Eberle. Coaching staff is top notch and that will be a huge help in deciding who stays and who goes.

It's going to be great to finally have a coaching staff with a clue and a GM who does not make excuses and who will look to make changes if needed.

Of course it’s punishment. He’s not injured and he’s not on the ice. Trotz won’t throw him under the bus. My guess would be that he either dogged it in practice or just isn’t buying in.
