I guess you have a point. It does make a lot more sense to blame 23 employees rather than the office manager when the customers are unhappy.

I wouldnt say all 23....maybe just a couple.

Hmmm, please remind me how well Tod Macllelan did in his first year with the Oilers. They were something like 2nd last in the league. 82 games of futility.

6 games in and people are already calling for Gulutzans head!?! He's a new coach, it's going to take some time people...

- Flamin_Irishmin

I aint the one saying you need a new coach.

Backs is a great 2 way 2nd or 3rd line centre, he's just off to a slow start.
- Flamin_Irishmin

Hes a great 3rd line center....and a capable at best 2nd liner...quit over rating your plumbers.

More or less, that's what he said. You just chose to accentuate the great 2nd.

If you consider 21 goals and 26 assists in a year to be considered worthy of being called a plumber...

I wish friend, I wish. I know he's capable of playing 40, he's done that a couple of times before.
I know consensus around the league is that he has other worldly cardio, we just need to figure out a way to clone him...

I have to say the line juggling is not working. I like the Brouwer-Bennett-Tkachuk line and think Backs-Frolik-Verst would make a great 3rd. I would call up Shink and Janko, put Shink up with Johnny and Mony and Janko centering Ferly and Chaisson. If Shink doesn't work switch him with Verst. Keep Kulak in the line up and keep TJ and Gio together. I'm no GM or coach (obviously) but seeing who plays good with who and how playing styles work for and against isn't rocket surgery.

(frank) that. Pull an Oil move and give them upper management positions. Might get us the next McDavid.

It's great that your best players are all young, except Giordano, but man your teams stinks
- LeftCoaster

I really wonder if Mark Giordano will have ever played in a big hockey game by the time he retires.

It's amazing that a player could be 33 years old, making 6.75 million a year and never once in his entire career actually played in a big game.

What are you trying to say Jimbro? What about Doan? Does he suck too?

I really wonder why you don't have anything better to do rather than come on to another teams thread and talk trash about a guy who is one of the most underrated defenseman in the league. A player who has played on a team that has not played any meaningful games throughout his career.

Jacked off too much and looking for something else to keep you busy? Try knitting cause your troll is pretty weak.

Why don't you take a minute to read about your star draft pick Hugh Jessiman - especially the part where it says: "If the Rangers had selected just one of those players (the stars drafted after Jessiman), it's quite possible that they would've won a Stanley Cup by now. Six of those players have already been a part of Stanley Cup-winning teams.

Here ya go: http://bleacherreport.com...h-new-york-rangers/page/2

Then you could refresh your memory about some other epic Ranger fails: how about Bobby Sanguinetti, or 2nd round picks Darin Olver, Dane Byers and Bruce Graham. Never heard of them? Neither have we.
