Stagers nylander, Mathews, Marners contracts ( won't have to all be resigned at the same time)
Marner plays centre not riding on domi, or devoraks wing
And realistcally if these other guys are expected on the roster where the hell does Marner fit
If Mathews and nylander play together he won't fit on that line
If michalak is healthy he is top six so we can trade him later possibly with jvr
Kadri and komarov will be our shut down line. With a winger like sosh or hyman Because I doubt Marner plays a shut down role. And that leave the fourth line.
Most fellow leaf fans hate what I'm saying and tell me I'm stupid. But come on. Look at the contracts we have and the direction of the team. Highly doubt Babcock rolls with five rookie regulars.

I was stupid for two years as I pleaded for him to be traded before he lost his Rfa status. And maybe we would have got a great return. Nobody agreed we should trade him......

Remember that time the leafs rushed rielly to the nhl? One year after being drafted. His development is ruined. Ruined I tells ya.

He's likely not going to improve playing another year in London dominating.

Where Marner fits in the 2016/17 Leafs roster = Opinion

Patrick Kane excelling in the NHL as a small, skilled teenage winger = Fact (just as factual as Domi excelling in the NHL after an extra year in the O).

you do know maner has already eclipsed domi’s best season of 102 points twice?

Marner also won just about every major individual award in the chl he could have. If that’s not dominate, I have no idea what is.
