Vesey is more likely to sign in NJ then Buffalo at this point. There is no way he is waiting to speak with other teams on August 15th so he can then sign with the one team he could have signed with all along. It's just completely illogical.

Vesey became a free agent so he could pick where he plays. It was certainly worth the shot for Buffalo to try and push their way in but if it was going to happen it would have happened by now...

I cant imagine what he thinks he is going to discover on August 15. He should be able to paint a fairly accurate picture of each situation by now and have a choice made.
