my friend's new iphone was the latest victim at her house

today i finished a pretty good poop by flushing the toilet. the toilet paper was running low so i decided to change it. i used the downstairs bathroom which has your classic springy metal toilet paper holder, as opposed to the upstairs toilet which has an arm type toilet holder.

as i hit flush right before i started changing the toilet paper. i put the metal holder thing inside the new toilet paper roll but something went wrong. the spring activated and the toilet paper holder went flying through the air, did a flip, and nothing but net into the flushing toilet. it's gone.

i flushed a half-dozen times trying to see if it would clog, and everything was good but i didn't feel right leaving it like that.

went to get those yellow rubber gloves, stuck my hand in, and it's nowhere to be found. dissassembled a coat hanger, went fishing, nothing.

googled the problem, and i'm not the first to have done this. everyone's saying i have to get a plumber, then one guy with a dumb username I forget right now is just like, get a plunger. got a plunger, and less than 3 seconds later the thing just pops right back up. washed it, washed my hands. washed it, washed my hands. washed my hands.
now everything is back to normal.
