That Johnson kid is just a flash in the pan. No way he sticks around in the NHL...he can already stand on his skates, did you see how easily he fell when Gilbert nudge him with his stick. He's been exposed!

I have to disagree with your take on the prust penalty on Bishop then subsequent fight. The game was already lost at that point, it was nice to see Prust attempt to rattle Bishop and see him drop his mitts. Much rather see that instead of the rest of team looking defeated and disengaged.

Don't use charcoal briquettes. Use hardwood charcoal. And if you don't have a chimney starter, get one.

Meh, pack it in. Coming back from a 2-0 deficit isn't impossible and many teams have done it, but with Bishop playing out of his mind and the fact that we can't score for poop makes for a bad combination. Not to mention the bolts can seemingly score at will. Oh well, once they beat us they'll have a hangover and get knocked out by either the caps or rags. They're too focused on getting revenge on the habs, they said it themselves, rather than looking at the ultimate prize which will spell doom for them in the next round. Beating Montreal will be their Stanley Cup.

would have been better if Prust hadn't been an artisan of the (frank)in debacle.

look I played like an ass all game but I'm running goalies when it's 6-1 (frank) that.

heard Martin Lemay on the radio this morning talking about how the first Tampa goal just killed them, because the players know that they can't score goals.

it was a sad thing to hear. second round in the playoffs, and a goal against that ties the game 1-1 is a kill stroke. i cried a little bit.

Don't know if that whole thing with Prust was true...If not, he's really an idiot. If it is true, it is unacceptable for a ref to behave that way.

I'm really surprised that Prust did share all of it with the media. I thought that it's the kind of stuff you talk about with your GM.

I guess it can happen when you throw microphones in the face of player when he's still riled up.

Still, there are no excuses, they need to keep their cool and stay focus.

Try and get Malkin. He said Montreal would be one of the places he'd waive to go to. Easier said than done though

Prust is losing it the same way he lost it against the Sens a few years ago.

They are done.

I'm sure it's not the first time a ref gets in an argument with a player.

it's pretty irrelevant. It's not like ole Prusty didn't deserve everything he got yesterday
