Lol are you for real? It's really not that hard

1-create an account on the website (it's just a name and password)

2-download the program. Extract it

3-download the rom of the game and place it in the "rom" folder of fightcade on your comp. No need to extract it (i'll give youse a direct downlad link for the rom)


Once in the program : on the left is the list of games, those you downloaded are highlighted.
Chose one, and then click on a person on the right. Either on you, if you wanna play offline, or on someone else, if you wanna play someone online. A second window with the game will pop.

Play offline first and setup your controller, in the game window ("Game" > "Map input").
