Good pick..
Seriously...Cost FK all for Snow to move up and Ho Sang has a ton of upside...Well worth the risk and a decent move from garth..

Ho Sang will get the Islanders fans excited, as each year passes eventually someone will ask "Remember when we drafted that Ho Sang kid?". The End. |

"Newsday's Art Staple was a big of a kill-joy when he tweeted out the Isles intent of Michael Dal Colle even before the Isles hit the podium. Shame on you Art"
This was not a surprise pick. Dal Colle was pretty much the consensus for #5 for months now behind the 4 guys that were picked ahead of him |

But nothing was more interesting than Garth Snow telling TSN how he is ... uh... treated. I'm thinking it may be the first time an NHL General Manager had cursed on a broadcast. Hey, it's late and NBC had already cut off their feed.
What was the deal with this? |

Everyone and their dog knew MDC was the guy. There were only five guys in that to tier and he was the fifth.who else could it have been? It's not like that idiot feaster was drafting some no name high schoolers or anything...

Is it physically possible for you to write a blog without complaining about the Brooklyn move? It's happening. Get over it and move on. Jebus Christ. |

"Well, well. I didn't check on ANY prospect for the draft..."
How do you have credentials still? This is one of the most important aspects if the NHL and you just ignore it? How can you not read up ok any potential players that could or would become part of the team you are suppose to cover and report on?
Simply mind boggling... |

If he and Dal Colle are buddies could this be our version of the Sedin twins?
Watching the interview, he seems fairly bright.
Honestly Jamaican father, Jewish mother and Asian last name, what's not to love about this kid? Must be a ton of people in NY metro area like him.
Sure to become a Fishler favorite. |
