This year I would say Leafs and Habs are Canada's best teams, leading a group that is in dire straights for the most part. Also don't think the Leafs are twice as likely to go farther then the Habs as your 1% to a .5% suggests. I would ay if they were to face each other I'd give the Leafs a 60-40 edge based on the games they played this year.

Leafs match up well against the Bruins because they play a similar style. If they met again it would likely be another 6-7 gamer. Same goes for the Habs-Bruins and Leafs-Habs. No outcome would surprise me in any of these series.
