in truth? i've made a conscious effort to cut back.. being in a band leads to a lot of time in bars. so i rarely drink at home, maybe one after work or a glass of wine with supper.

and even when i am at thee bar i only allow myself to have a max of 3 before i play.. and a couple afterwards.

not 20 anymore.. and the lifestyle was starting to wear on me.
