Im hoping for 7th. I would like to see you guys win a round or two. What is your record against the Pens this year? I dont care who does it but Im routing hard against PIT. Love me some Tavares #beast

Well they're either going to have to play the Bruins or the Pens so it's going to take an upset either way but stranger things have happened.

True. Bos has looked sluggish down the stretch and I like their odds better in that series. Eithrr way im rooting for the NYI to win a series or two. Would be great for their franchise.

Yep, we have some history of upsets with Pittsburgh too. If this team can find what they had before the last few games they can beat anyone. Sounds crazy but we were playing unreal for a while there.

Nino Niederreiter will play in the world championship for Switzerland. I'm sad to say the young man may end up being part of a Draft day deal.

Unless a STAR player is involved, do not see it happening......

Boston and Ottawa both have reasons to want to win. Ottawa so they don't play the Pens and the Bruins so they DO play the Isles. And I only hope that's how the Bruins are looking at it. Cause this team in a best of 7 series may be able to do some real damage. Of course if we had PA it would be a given we would win....

As far as the draft I can really see Snow trading to get in the top 10, maybe in the top 5. This would be the year to do it and we have the parts to make a deal. And I really think this is the year we attract some UFAs. Go Isles...I say we play the Bruins and win in 6.

If PA Parenteau fell in the woods and no one was around, it would most definitely make a sound. Of course this is impossible because PA Parenteau NEVER falls!

In reality PA would be a big boost to our offense. He could help Moulson get going as well.

We don't need greedy players on this team.

PA leaves... Isles Win!!!

PA to Avs... Avs worst team in the NHL!!!

What he asked for was not that much for a player who produces the points he does. He was the perfect compliment to JT and MM. Boyes is terrible

In reality PA's shadow is far more impressive than PA himself.
He's certainly better than Boyes, but we should have done better than both this year.

Isles can beat Boston if they play like the team they were before the last 4 games. If they play like they did the last 4 games, the Panthers would sweep them.

With the Pens, no one is beating them including the teams out west. Down the stretch they were missing 3 of their top guys (all of them are among the top 7 players in the league) and they still couldn't lose. Before Iggy and Morrow they were unstoppable. With all of them back it's not even a contest. This Pens team is miles ahead of the cup losing and cup winning teams.

Perfect? Not hardly. Like Boyes he SUCKS in his own zone. I'd say a 4 year $16 was a bit steep for a guy who had just finally broken into the NHL near 30. Playing with two 30 goal scorers can do wonders for one's assit totals (ask Boyes). The Isles plan all along was to have Nino and Strome here in a year or two and were willing to commit a deal to PA similar to Moulson but he wanted more. He goes from riding shotgun with one young star to another. Nice playmaker, but he doesn't add much more and there are plenty of guys out there that can produce under the same circumstances. If a crappy player like Boyes can put up nearly identical numbers, we needed to upgrade both. He should have been traded

Look where all that worshipping got the Pens last year. It seems year in and year out the juggernauts always disappoint in the playoffs.

If we resign Boyes then it was a mistake to let PA go. I rather pay a little more for a player that atleast puts the effort in. Boyes only Plays when we face Toronto.

True. Anybody is beatable. The key to that series, is Nabby and the first line. That line needs to be good offensively and defensively.
