Good Point Dee...but wasn't the reason Bergenheim was not in camp was that he was holding out for because he didn't have a contract.

So, he can't fly because his son is ill, but still wants to play for HC Slovan and is currently practicing with the team, which is currently on the road, I'm guessing somewhere in Russia, and won't be home for another week...

I know, now his son is sick but recovering(probably has the sniffles)and he wants to continue playing in the KHL while he waits for his sons "recovery". You almost feel bad doubting when you hear stuff like this but it makes you wonder if that's the very reason why it's used as an excuse? Nobody wants to question if his son is sick. Either way this guy should sit. Is he needed? Absolutely. I just think there needs to be some level of respect established for this team. Taking this guy on does not help in that area.

actually whats funniest about all of this (and i think even cptdche would agree) is that dee seems to be giving everyone props about 500+ posts yesterday when it fact most of it was just me and cptdche female doging at each other...
