If you have a good dermatologist I'd listen to them above anyone else. No snake oil from them at least.

Not that I am saying you should start smoking again. Believe whatever you have to believe to quit that lol.

Yeah I'm not too worried about smoking, I just smoke about 1 or 2 per day. About alcohol, I hate everything except beer, which I love. I was at a great bar in Montreal last night watching the game with about 10 friends who watched me order mineral water and glasses of water. Sugar, well... I can deal with cutting a lot but it's everywhere, and honey and maple syrup still count. God damn, my gf's family have a sugar shack. Last sunday was torture, watching people taste the boiling syrup with a beer can in their hands lol

I'm currently trying the Team A way and I'm seeing progress.
Team B scares the poop out of me. Cortisone is evil.

My only advice for whatever health problem you may have : build your own file, with dates and details, and the next doc or dude you meet, you tell him/her where you're at : who did you meet, what did you swallow, everything.Be your own Sherlock Holmes and (frank) the system.
