Bennington have any good polls lately?
- Crimsoninja

I have a legit question for my Philly friends.

I acquired Simmonds mid-season in my keeper league. Since then, with a few exceptions, he has been nothing short of my boy for the whole year. I have some tough decisions as far as who I keep after this year as I will only have two open spots left, but three players who I would like to keep. Simmonds, Bobrovsky and Barkov.

Simmonds is my top RW. I already have Holtby and Backstrom as keepers at Center and in goal.

My question is.... Will the Flyers improve enough in the next year or two where I should feel confident in not only keeper Simmonds, but also slapping him with a 2-3 year contract????

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tough one between Simmonds and Barkov. I think you're good with Holtby.
I'd pick Simmonds.

Barkov is a no-brainer there. How valuable are goalies in this league? like what are the goalie scoring categories, how many starting goalie slots, and how many teams in the league? Maybe you could package 2 of those guys to a weaker team for a better keeper as well.

Also, I'll need your social insurance number.

Goalie stats are W, L, Saves, Sv. % and SHO

It would be nice having Barkov and Backstrom in the stable and my next top RW after Simmonds is Panik.

Simmonds for 2
Barkov for 3

thats the play here I think.

Backstrom
Barkov
Holtby
Byfuglien
Panarin
Simmonds

I am with Gramps on the Bob argument. Goalies are carrying me this year with Bob, Holtby and Rask but I can always try and grab Bob next year in the draft.

I can't see Bob being better or as good next season. His play is very volatile.

Simmonds is pretty consistent, but he relies heavily on PP points. If the Flyers PP ever has a bad season, his numbers could really fall off. He's also been playing more on the PK, so that probably cuts into his scoring at even strength a bit as well. I would keep Barkov. He has a ton of potential. Could see him being a 70+ point player next year.
