Great majority of kids like me who grew up in Quebec from 1977 to 1991 were raised/influenced by an the awesome show named Passe-Partout. After watching Sesame's Street's success, the provincial (hi crims!!) government invested and developed for 5 years a show that would provide a colorful-educational show similar to Sesame's style, mostly targeted to low-income families. It was weird and creative. Years later, tons of stories came out about how they were often smoking weed on set. Awesome show.
